Welcome to all the excitement and challenges that come with a new baby. Feelings of worry and doubt are perfectly normal after your pregnancy, especially if this is your first baby. However, if your thoughts become extreme or you feel extreme sadness with frequent bouts of tears, you could have postpartum anxiety or depression. Help is available. If you have any symptoms like these, it's important to talk to your healthcare provider so your life can stay on track.
