Obstetricians who focus on maternal/fetal medicine are available to help with complications of pregnancy and with women who have existing medical problems. High Risk OB Transport
Transport to Willis-Knighton South & the Center for Women’s Health is provided for high risk obstetric patients. The multidisciplinary team includes obstetricians, maternal/fetal medicine specialists and neonatal intensive care specialists who typically see patients with these conditions:
- Bleeding after 20 Weeks
- Diabetes
- Hypertension
- Multiple Gestation
- Preeclampsia
- Preterm Labor
- Rupture of Membranes
