Breast Surgery

Breast surgery is performed to diagnose and treat diseases of the breast. A breast surgeon trained at MD Anderson is located adjacent to the WK Breast Health Center for the convenience of patients. Among services available through the breast surgery are biopsy, breast-conserving treatment of breast cancer, mastectomy, partial breast radiation therapy, sentinel node biopsy and oncoplastic surgical techniques.
