Discharge Criteria
Patients will be considered for discharge at the point they have improved and can be managed at a lower level of care. They may also be transitioned to another level of care if they cannot tolerate the intensity of 3 hours of daily therapy or if they become medically unstable requiring acute hospitalization. It is always our intention and goal for each patient to achieve the highest level of function possible to return to home, work or school depending on their unique abilities and circumstances.
