Access to Patients
The best way for you to know when your members are in our hospitals is for them or a family member to notify you. We are restricted by Willis-Knighton Patient Confidentiality Policy from giving patient information over the telephone. As patients are admitted, they are asked for their consent to allow the hospital to let their church, synagogue, or place of worship know if asked. If the patient agrees, this information is given to the hospital receptionists. When you come to one of our facilities please identify yourself as clergy at the reception desk and we will help you locate your members that are receiving care at Willis-Knighton.
