Dr. Rosen is board certified (American Board Radiology) and medical director of radiation oncology. He has special interests in female malignancies, TomoTherapy, treatment of previously irradiated tumors, High Dose Rate (HDR) brachytherapy, and Intensity Modulated Proton Therapy (IMPT).

He is a member of the Shreveport Medical Society, Louisiana State Medical Society, the American Medical Association, the Association of Residents in Radiation Oncology (residency), the American Society of Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology, the American College of Radiation Oncology and the Society of Neuro-Oncology.
Community Activities or Interests
Dr. Rosen is a lifetime member of the Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite Order, Shriners Fraternity and Sigma Alpha Mu fraternity. He was a mentor at Linwood Elementary School in Shreveport. He has been a member of the Northwest Louisiana Jewish Federation and the Alliance for Education. He was host for the YWCA Snow Angels premier and fundraiser for Breast Cancer and has been honored by the Shreveport affiliate of the Susan Komen Foundation and the American Cancer Society.
