Joe received his Doctoral degree in Physics from Washington University in St. Louis and his residency training in Therapeutic Medical Physics at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Joe is certified in Therapeutic Medical Physics by the American Board of Radiology. He joined the Willis-Knighton Radiation Oncology Team in 2016.
