Some Willis-Knighton Health System Gastroenterologists are now using a new minimally invasive technology to help diagnose and treat diseases and conditions in the bile duct, hepatic ducts, and pancreas. This advanced technology, the SpyGlass™ DS Direct Visualization System, enables high resolution imaging and therapy during an ERCP procedure to target biopsies and fragment stones. This may result in more efficient evaluation and help reduce the need for additional testing and repeat procedures compared with standard methods, enabling patients to receive treatment sooner.
