Gregory Phillips, M.D., is a residency-trained OBGYN specializing in high-risk pregnancies and minimally invasive and laparoscopic surgery. Dr. Phillips also has extensive experience with multiple gestations and vaginal births after cesarean surgery. He is currently undergoing training to become a part of a select group of OBGYNs specializing in robotic assisted surgery.

A member of the American Congress of Obstetrician Gynecologists, Dr. Phillips is also a Gratis Faculty Physician at LSUHSC where he “takes great pleasure” in training future OBGYNs. He received his Doctor of Medicine from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, where he completed his residency in 2010.

Dr. Phillips is also a graduate of Louisiana Tech University, where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology. Dr. Phillips has participated in medical mission trips abroad with the hopes of many more in the future. He and his wife have three children.
