Emily Robinson Hobson, MD, has joined Pierremont Pediatrics, part of Willis-Knighton Physician Network.
A Shreveport native, Dr. Hobson received a bachelor’s degree from Centenary College before earning her medical degree at LSUHSC-Shreveport School of Medicine. She completed her internship and pediatric residency at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia.
Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP), Dr. Hobson began her clinical practice in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in 2004, before she returned to Shreveport to practice pediatrics in 2007.
Dr. Hobson describes her care philosophy as collaborative, comprehensive, and caring. “This means I listen carefully to parents who know and want the best for your children,” she said. “I am happy to combine evidence-based medicine and other treatment philosophies that you might bring if it supports your child’s health.”
Pierremont Pediatrics also includes Abbey M. Carroll, MD, Margaret M. Crittell, MD, D. Gene Mack Jr., MD, and Mackey S. Quinlan, MD.
Dr. Hobson and her partners welcome new patients and accept most insurance plans.
