Henry C. Hilario, DPM, a specialist in foot and ankle surgery, has joined The Orthopaedic Clinic at 7925 Youree Drive in Shreveport. The practice includes H. Ryan Bicknell, Jr., MD; J. Scott Bicknell, MD; Cambize Shahrdar, MD; Milan Mody, MD; John Ferrell, MD; Edward Morgan, MD; James Zum Brunnen, MD, and Jason D. Kinkartz, MD.

A Shreveport native, Dr. Hilario received specialized training during a three-year surgical residency at John Peter Smith Hospital Department of Orthopedics in Fort Worth, Texas.  As chief resident of the foot and ankle service at a level one trauma center, he trained in trauma techniques, external fixation, arthroscopy, sports medicine, diabetic limb salvage and deformity correction of the foot and ankle. Prior to that, he had earned a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences at LSU in Baton Rouge, followed by a degree in podiatric medicine at Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in Illinois.

Before joining the Willis-Knighton Physician Network, Dr. Hilario had been in private practice in Shreveport, Bossier City and Natchitoches for three years.

Dr. Hilario welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans.
