Amanda H. Bunton, MD, has joined Women’s Health Clinic located in Suite 201 of the Physicians Center on the campus of Willis-Knighton South & the Center for Women’s Health. Other physicians in the clinic include Frederick J. Kinder, MD; Gregory M. Phillips, MD; Lauren H. Runnels, MD, and Ashley M. Hirsch, MD.

Dr. Bunton received her bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from Centenary College, graduating summa cum laude. She obtained her medical degree in 2012 from LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport and completed her residency training there in obstetrics and gynecology in 2016. She is a member of the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

In addition to delivering routine prenatal, gynecologic and preventive care, Dr. Bunton is trained in high-risk obstetrics services and minimally invasive surgery.
