Dr. Lash is a Shreveport native who graduated from Byrd High School and Louisiana Tech University. He then trained at leading universities before he returned home to care for patients at Willis-Knighton Cancer Center.
As a leader of his colleagues and peers, Dr. Lash was chief fellow during his post-graduate specialty training at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. He was active in research and the lead author of many articles published in academic medical journals.
Dr. Lash is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is committed to patient safety, professional practice and continuing education.
