Located on the campus of Willis-Knighton South, he Institute for Behavioral Medicine offers an inpatient acute psychiatric stabilization as well as detoxification programs. Services include geriatric and adult psychiatry. The Institute’s team includes psychiatrists, other physicians, licensed counselors, social workers, nurses, and family therapists. Substance use patients may require hospitalization for detoxification followed by treatment at the outpatient Addiction Recovery Center if appropriate. The Institute’s Addiction Recovery Center is an intensive outpatient program which treats substance use disorders among adults.
